During my weekend stay, I appreciated the comfortable bed provided and the hot water availability. the convenient location made it easy for exploring the nearby area.

The promised facilities such as a working TV and an electric kettle were not provided. when I tried to ask hotel staff for these facilities, they were uncooperative.

It took repeated arguments with the hotel staff to get what I had paid for, which was frustrating.
